On a stock ECU? No. There is no way to correctly change the idle speed of the car. Everything you try to do will be fought against by the ECU.

You can only set your idle correctly. You can't change it.

Thx, how do u know where your idle is currently at in an automatic? I do feel and hear it fluctuate a little bit up and down once in a while but nothing seriously.

that's the thing i have an automatic, how do you know where your revving at? I don't have a rev meter.



Ohh, you don't have a tachometer in that you mean.. I forgot some of the auto's don't.

You can't tell the exact RPM unless you get a tachometer wired in or some sort of diagnostic tool that hooks into the consult that will display settings.

The only thing I can say is that if the engine appears to feel like its going to stall while in neutral it's probably below 500rpm

nah theres no possible stalling at any gear so far, thx god.
