I would def try swapping out the MAF with a DE one. That is where I would personally start.

Looking back, I would still look into #3 injector afterwords though, that doesnt look quite right. You can also omh out that injector as well if you know how to. I do believe the spec is 11 ohms.

pull the rail. place it on some shop towels. Disconnect the ignition control module so no spark.
Crank the motor over a few times. compare the wet spots. I think #3 is going to be larger as the others are saying.

Correct MAF would also be a good Idea as well as cleaning it. The cleaner can be bought at almost any parts house for $5 or so.

New o-rings are $10 on Gspec and can't hurt.

Also how far/how much run time has it since since being parked.
Mine blows some smoke after it has sent for a month or more but goes away after about 3 mins of run time but returns if it sits again.

Either way you are running rich on 3.

Real quick to interject, back in the day when computers were not all over cars and people had to think to tune an engine correctly back in the day action. Now, computers make it easier and allow a more finite adjustment but since they are so easy to use, it is easy to screw it up.

Besides the smell of exhaust gases, the spark plug was number one teller of what is happening inside of the engine since it is at the point of combustion.

You put up excellent pictures of four plugs and cylinder number 3 plug is fat as a pig rich and would explain the black smoke and misfire.

I hope you get to see what is happening and please report back. I am interested if no one else is.
