Horn not working?
I have a 95 SE-R that I had to put a horn into (some reason I bought it and found that it was removed). I pulled it from my wrecked 98 and tested it on on the battery so I know it works. I hooked in the green wire (positive i assume) coming from the fuse box and then the ground) but it didnt work. The horn fuse is fine and I believe the horn relay is good. I haven't looked yet in the steering wheel (i assume theres some sort a switch in there for when you push it down), can someone tell me where I should look for this switch? Or if you have any other ideas what could be the issue here, i'm all ears, thanks!

Clock spring is bad . Check conuilty on the horn wires after removing and unpluging air bag . This ofcourse is if you are not getting power to the relay and fuse .

If you need a clockspring i have one for $15 shipped

Damn, I was hoping it wasn't that involved lol. Couldn't I just take the clock spring (if thats the issue) from the wrecked 98 I took the horn from as well? I never messed with steering wheel column, how hard would you say this would be to do? And since we are on the topic of air bags, this car i'm fixing up didn't have an passenger side air bag, could I just pull it from the 98 also and plug it right in?

Grab both form the yard its Fairly easy with some basic tools . Remove the bolts that hold the airbag on the wheel and unplug it they are hidden in the backside under these little covers . If memory serves me right they are torx bolts . Now is a good time to break out the volt meter to check it. Now the clock spring is held in behind the steering wheel . First remove the 19mm nut that holds the wheel on and tug on the wheel just dont hit your self in the face when it pops loose ben there done that lol . A steering wheel puller works also . And presto the clock spring is roght there . Be careful when you remove the clock spring not to spin it or wind it all the way tight . First thing to do is place a zip tie threw the hole to prevent it from spining while its off the car. This is what it lools like three wire plugs for crusie , air bag, and horn .

Nice lol....yeah I noticed the relay doesn't click when I push the steering wheel so first i'm going to replace the relay with another one i know that works, then if it still doesn't work, looks like i'm going in through the steering wheel

Well I put a good relay in and I dont get the "click" noise of the relay when you push the steering wheel so i'm assuming next weekends project it pulling the steering wheel. While i'm in there, my lowest speed on my wind shield wiper doesnt work and when I turn them off the wipers stop right where they are instead of going back down and stopping. I pulled working lever from my old wrecked 98 but it did the same thing. I'm not sure what else i should check in order to fix this issue?
