Thread: USDM fans in Japan

Sorry if this is a repost.

I was reading on another forum and saw someone talking about a USDM following in Japan. It seems really funny to me that people in North America try really hard to find hard to get JDM parts to convert their cars yet in Japan they are trying to do the same thing! Why not just TRADE?

If you look in the first page of the GALLERY (bottom row second from left), there seems to be a black JDM Lucino with USDM badging and what looks to be a HOTSHOT intercooler kit (I am guessing because of the IC core and the red couplers). That's too funny!

Lol... I can see them wanting USDM american cars, but why the eff do they want USDM versions of their own cars??? Downgrade????

Anybody go through one of the albums. There's this Lavender B12 with the stick out rims. HAWTTTTT!!!!!

They had a 1g DSM in one of the albums. It was actually done well. I think the Pop up headlight Eclipse is the best one ever made. Just looks right.

The Volvo guys over in Europe sweat the USDM body pieces and badging.
