Thread: Injector test results

I just got my 370cc injectors back from being cleaned. I used Injector-rehab.com.

Injector #1, Static flow rate 432cc/min
Injector #2, Static flow rate 492cc/min
Injector #3, Static flow rate 432cc/min
Injector #4, Static flow rate 432cc/min

This was at 2.5 Bar, should they be this high? They also recommended replacing #2 which is obviously way out of spec. Does anyone repair these?

what did they flow them with? and why 2.5 bar?

Yea, not sure how they test these. But i need to replace #2 for sure.

370cc injectors usually flow 390cc when tested @ 3 bar. Not sure whats going on there.

from thos numbers seems like you damn near have sti's outa the 370's......weird

hey Squirlz. if those are the ones i had,i ran those in my DE-T for about a month before i got my sti's. I used my Safc to control them and i had no problem at all at 3bar. Before i put those in my car i didnt get them cleaned or tested and i gad no problem. Those reading are very strange! They might have your results mixed up with someone elses.

Are we sure that wasn't a typo on their form and they really tested them at 3.5-bar?

I will call on Monday, either way they are not all matched. I have 2 more on the way that i will send in and hopefully get a matching set.
