Aren't they the 2 that are facing inwards to the transmission...? I made sure to remove those 2..

There are 2 more little NUTS. You have to pull of the little plate bolted to the bell housing to get to them. Once you take the little black plate off, look up inside and you will see the 2 nuts were talking about.

^This. Then it might still fight you because of the dowel pins or whatever they are that are on the transmission side of the oil pan. Use the little pry point. Sounds like you missed the 2 10mm nuts though. I would check the pan for cracks if you were prying and if the nuts were still in.

I wish someone would have said this before... I saw that it was a plate and removed it and saw the 2... I removed it now but fuck I'm so glad I didn't break anything...

Ive been saying it since the beginning. The plate itself doesnt hold anything on. I said the two nuts securing the pan to the rear main seal housing. lol.

Your lucky you didnt break your rear main seal housing as ive seen happen to a couple members on here. Then you would have been pulling the trans too. lol.

Luckily I didn't break anything.. I was too scared to pry hard heh

WELL here is the findings, in the oil pan was small shavings, nothing big and not too much

Lol noone said anything about removing a plate to access the other 2 bolts that need to be removed, JUST SAYING haha
