Yeah, thats shot and im sure the crank is pretty scored up and if its been knocking for any decent amount of time the rod is probably out of round as well.

The rod looked fine and i didnt drive it far after it happened. It looks perfectly fine actually.

don't really matter how far you drove it.. that end cap is f.u.b.a.r inspect everything right... good luck

Yup yup... After further inspecting it the bottom of the rod wont go back on because its warped inwards.. Going to need a new engine... blah.... Hopefully I can have it running by this weekend...

Like I told you, depending on how bad it was knocking and for how long the rod will be out of round. Guarantee it. Doesnt take much. Even if it was tight going back on it would have spun the new bearing within 10 miles.
