The aero treatments would probably have to be shored up a lot, but that would be one fast Bonneville car with a big boost motor in it and the right gearing.

I believe h has the same screen name on here, blownb310. He is building up a rally se-r.

Good to see someone put the corrugated plastic to work for a belly pan finally.

I am surprised that that thing can still turn with the front fender wells covered though. It's one of the worst places for drag so it's good it worked out.

I saw the corrugated plastic belly pan on a Toyota Matrix a few years ago. I talked to Vadim about it when he was trying to maximize his MPG, I wanted to try it but I think that's around the time I lost interest in anything SR20 powered.

I have been saving up some old election/BP ad signs for a while for the full belly pan. I am going to have to find some way to fasten them on soon and try it out myself especially after this thread My NX already corrugated plastic under tray that works well for cutting drag. The downside is that the motor loses some cooling...it could be an upside for hypermiling a hotter motor gets better MPG.

I think he's posted his build on here. Definitely on the old forum.

He does some pretty cool rally cross with the car too... obviously with all the goofy crap tore off it. I think he does ice racing with it as well.

Pretty cool imo.

I'm blown away that a "4 ton truck" in the contest gets better mpg's then my 2008 xterra !

I myself would like to see a ga16 put up some big mpg's
