Ok I will update the first post.I have the info that cant be found or nobody is sharing.
After searching,I found info is all over the place and/or incorrect.
I was doing a B13 to B15 trans swap in a B13.Whatever needs to be done for the B14 should be similar.
Polarity of the switches either doesn't matter ,or I got luck on BOTH switched hooking them up.
I just cut the pigtails off a B13 trans and connected them to the sensors so it would be plug and play with the B13 harness.

B13 trans
-Grey wire/grey plug is reverse
-Black plug in black loom is neutral. It is the one near the shift rod.

B15 Trans
-Blue sensor is reverse, faces toward the front of the car.
-Black sensor is neutral, located near the LSD hump.

Correct, polarity doesn't matter. They are just switches. Open or closed.

Post #2 and #3 have bad info. Post #4 (and #13) is the good info. I should edit my post to make that clear.
