car starts to over heat
just swapped my engine, starts fine but starts to over heat, fans are not kicking on, they worked before the swap, checked my fuses and relays, they all look good, ran out of things to Check, any ideas what it could be?

first: start the car from cold
second: unplug your engine coolant temperature sensor, you can find a how to I wrote in the how to section on how to remove the thing for photos
http://www.sr20-forum.com/naturally-aspirated-all-motor/11691-how-change-your-coolant-temperature-switches.html
third: if the fans turn on, your switch is toast (usually)
fourth: replace your thermostat (should have ANYWAYS when you did the swap tsk tsk)

then report back.

Is this because the temp is reading Celsius instead of Fahrenheit ?

I switched the sensors off of my old aviner I don't think so, it actually starts to over heat

That's the first thing I thought of.

OP - did you verify that the car is in fact overheating?

The temp sensor gauge sort of sucks in the B13, even when it's been untouched and is stock, it hits midway when the car is warmed up and almost never moves, regardless of load and temperature. They all do this, and did this when they were brand new.
