Fuel cuts off! Help???
Hey guys so when I bought my b13 the guy told me that the fuel tank was a little tilted/out of place? Didn't explain it very well, anyways the problem is that when I have a little less than 1/4 of a tank and I make a sharp turn my fuel starts to cut off causing the car to feel like it's about to turn off. When this happens I just jerk my steering wheel from one side to the other and it starts to pick up again. This is very annoying... If anyone has had a similar problem please help me out. I'm a noob still

Forgot to say it ONLY does it when I have less than 1/4 of a tank. If that helps out.

I'd be willing to bet the tank is where it should be,the gauge might be a little off,but a sharp turn or hard braking will slosh the fuel away from the pickup.I've had this happen during an autocross before,it truly sucks. That 1/4 tank you're showing might only be a couple of gallons, and it doesn't take much for it to slosh outta the way.Keep more gas in it And turn smoother.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm going to check on that, but I'm not so sure it will be my gauge because even when I don't turn so rough it still does it. and if it was a little off like you said, I would only be able to go a couple of miles before running out of gas no? But When it's at a 1/4 I can still go a couple of days until the gas light turns on.

Pump is probably out of place. Take of the fuel pump cover and check if the pump and casing are in place.
