Yea its good stuff, so is kerosine a half a quart of kerosine will clean the engine out, I'm just afraid of losening chunks of debris that eventualy become a clog

I've heard that as well, I've never tried either though.

it sounds weird but the thing is that you have to do it the same day, then just do an oil change after the first start or maybe 2 oil changes thats all, also you can use some pressure air to get the excess of water out remember the engine is opened on the top and bottom so the water will go down... i dont think a few drops left will do any damage to it, dont you?

Bryan this is simple.

I have a cheap filter and plenty of shitty oil. Here is what I do every 30-60k or on as needed basis.

Drain old oil, fill engine and leave 1/2 low. Add 1/2 quart ATF then run the car for about 30 minutes on the lift.

Change filter with new shitty filter... run for 10 more minutes, then drain out.

Install new oil (Eneos or German Castrol are my favorites) and a nice filter ( I like the K&N Gold)

Under my VC it is spotless you can ask anyone who has seen it. I would eat off it.
