It's the duty cycle percentage of the AAC valve. 30% isn't too far out of the norm, and it's not your problem, especially if you think the car sounds like it's running on 3 cylinders. In the same vein, have you pulled & checked the spark plugs?

Yes, I have...they are the Bosch Plats...they look good...grey in color no noticeable difference betw. cylinders at all. None of them are black.

LOL just got your message on SERcane. Looks like I'll borrow one from David and see what happens. I really think this may be the problem because of the car running really well for that 50miles after I had the battery out of it for the day when I did all that work and then reverting back to its old shitty ways one the code was thrown...that's my guess, of course.
