Thread: How long do you guys plan on keeping your B13 or your SE-R?

For as long as I can I bought my first one in 2005 for 600 bucks and is in prestine condition. I'll pass it to my son one day. But I would never get rid of it I've been searching and people want too much for a classic now a days cheapest in my area was like 2500 in poor condition. I've seen B14'S cheaper than a classic around here. It could sit in the garage forever won't sell it preiod

That's what I've been saying - go back in time to 1993 - and bring back a brand spanking new B13.

I don't think I can sell my b14. I've had it for 4 years now. The transformation that I put that car through brought me so close to it. It's sad that since I started living away from home at college, I haven't been able to enjoy it or wrench on it/modify it further.

I brought the car back from the dead after some old lady pulled out in front of me and totaled it. It's been to hell and back and after countless passes at the drag strip, it always brought me home and to work the next day. Being that it has a salvage title now, it really wouldn't ever be worth it to sell even though it still has only the tiniest rust spot and is probably put together better than at least half the clean title cars on here. (I worked in the body shop that fixed it, I made sure it was done right). Now it sits hard parked in my driveway for 8 months out of the year and never sees salt so I'm not worried about it rusting out.

Also as everyone said, the friends and memories I've made because of the car are irreplaceable. When people say I spend all my money on my car, I just say you have something you spend majority of your money on too, you just don't know it because you can't drive it.
