Assistance with handbrake adjustment
Sorry for my bad english, it's not my native language.
I'm having an issue while adjusting my handbrake, the nut moves until a certain point, and even if I continue trying to tighten the nut it moves but it stays there, it does not tight more, i've check the nut and the thread where it goes and everything seems to be fine. What could be the issue? Someone told me we needed to include a spacer, or a larger nut... but I don't know if that's going to work...

sorry that i don't have pics...

I'd go under the car and make sure that all the cables are moving freely and well lubricated. It's possible for the yolk where it switches from one cable to two not to work properly if it's frozen up. You will have to remove some heat shields to do this.

just replaced one on my car, sometimes one side will seize up and the other side will still function.

i've checked the issue and one of the sides is not moving at all, well I think it's better to replace it, and also one of my calipers won't work at all, that, is also affecting my hanbrake.
