Okay David, So i turned the idle screw clockwise all the way (tightened) and disconnected the tps with the distributor in the middle and the car runs just fine. So i have a leak. I did the smoke trick to find the leaks right after the rebuild and it was two lose screws and this hose. Idk why the hose was leaking no cuts or cracks. So i snipped it straight and put it back on. It might have still been leaking from that hose but idk why it would, it is clamped.
