welp, the O'Reilly one was a little too short...about 1/4". Returned it. I'm going OEM on this thing - courtesy or Greg V?

I'd call Greg, he's cheapest. I can get you a used one from he junk yard if you'd like for about $15 shipped. Which one would you like if you want me to get it? New OEM B13 is $45-50, B14 same, but 2.0 ser no longer available, B15 $60, and maxima A32 $50. These prices are from courtesy. Greg always beats them on parts, and much cheaper on shipping if you still do want to get new OEM. I previously used one from a P10 in my NX without issues. Most 2.0 cables are extremely similar besides the B15. I should be making a junk yard run tomorrow, so LMK if you want me to pick one up for you. Just text/call me now or then 678-471-4397.

got my OEM cable slapped in. I need a favor - does anyone have a picture of what your accelerator cable/throttle damper assy looks like installed - can't see anything in the FSM, or am not looking in the right place. I might have to buy new ones, because I bent them when removing the old cable...that and I can't remember how they were oriented or where they went.

Huh? Don't quite picture what you're describing.

The little grommets/brackets that go over the cable and hold it in place...?

Basically looking for a close-up or page from the FSM showing how the grommets/washers look. Right above the "A" in the NISSAN on the VC in this image:

Are you talking about those rubber bushings and little metal odd ball washer between the lock nuts? It really doesn't matter that much how they go on. Most cables dont even have them. Mine doesn't and its fine.

Is your rigging not secure? If it's all properly rigged then it'll be fine. The nuts need to be tight, and proper tension put on the cable. Nothing to worry about if you did that.
