you blew a spring out of the disk, Has nothing to do with the trans. Clutch wont dissengage because a spring is lodged between the pressure plate and clutch disk.

The input shaft chances when u change the tranny so one tranny maybe but not more than one...unless u keep getting bad trannies. When I rebuilt my B14 tranny is lasted with no problems.

Chk rear mount n make sure all bolts r tight on bracket. I had a similar problem the bracket was loose . The case threads were all messed up n bolts came off.
Yeap,I'm driving without any 3rd and 5th pop out at times. I always owned modded/swapped b14 and never had a issues with any trans. The minute I decide to get a p10 and leave as stock as possible I get trans issues. /rant
I do think that you probably popped a another spring.
