Rocker cover differences?
Just want to check that they're no differences between rocker covers.

Found a brand new one for sale that i wanna repaint and fit to the car.
Looks to be for a red top sr20? rocker covers red.

Will i run into any issues etc?

Between DEs no.
Except the roller rocker valve cover and VE valve cover, those are different.

You can tell the differences on them also. The DE cover has the oil filler cap protrude into the area that the spark plugs wires go. Like a notch.
The RR and VE covers don't do that. They have a perfect rectangle.

gotcha! the oil filler sits between plugs 1 and 2. where's the rr and ve sits tot he left of plug 1?

seller just got back to me saying he bought it for an sr18.

Also trying to find the thread that has the photo's looking through the oil filler cap to see if your engines RR or standard

Look for the post your de engine bay thread and the VE engine bay thread, you'll see what I mean. The filler cap is in the same place, length-wise, the difference is how far back it sits, width-wise, on the cover.

I believe it should fit.

Just for reference, I have fit a DE rocker cover on a VE motor. No issues.

DE RR valve cover on a VE? They are slightly different. Was the RR valve cover from the US?
