does any one know if they make rebuild kits for the passenger axles carrier bearing for b13?

Are you referring to the inner CV boots? One of those isn't round and requires genuine part

i've actually wondered the same, my friends seems like it could use a rebuild

I decided not to replace them, 2nd hand shouldn't be hard to get but now I have to post a wheel bearing question.

Actually, you don't have to use an OEM boot on OEM axles, for the inners. You can use a universal round boot if you cut the boot off the end of the funny shaped piece. You do that, then put that piece back on the CV, and slip the universal boot over it.

Yes he did. He also said rebuild kit and I had to guess 'passengers axle carrier bearing'
