I do 5,000 mile changes, but I am not comfortable with 15,000 mile changes with any oil.

I used recycled oil my last change and reused the fram filter that came on the car when I bought it. I haven't changed my oil now in 40,000 miles and I have seen good results from it. It is so good you can't even see it on the dipstick anymore.

Single point opinion FTW

Damn,no thanks.
I hope you are yanking my chain on this:o
First off ,I will NEVER use a FRAM filter on anything, ever, let alone reuse one.
And...recycled oil with 40,000 miles

Each to his own,though...thanks for the input.
I will stick to my German castrol at 5,000 mile changes with a NEW filter...no FRAM or Chinese Nissan filters for me,thanks.

Quote: GREEN AND PERFORMANCE!!! WASHABLE AND REUSABLE. NO TOXIC DISPOSAL.

Um?

Quote: Kelly Tidwell, owner of Pure Power Lubricants, described an oil filter he invented that could develop horsepower and torque increases of up to 15 percent

Um?

Quote: it passed stringent F.A.A. testing with flying colors.

+ But we won't want to go in to detail.

Funny they also offer them for Harley's

This is nothing new. Canton-Mecca oil filters have been on the market for god knows how long. Plenty of race teams including grassroots motorsports use these in their motors.

How long would a race engine run with no oil filter, just a spin on housing of a filter?

LOLerskates

Will you ever truely know?

I actually rarely run oil for even 3000 miles... I actually change oil based on degredation rather than mileage.
