also the oil pressure is fine goes to 60psi on cold start and 25psi when warm and about 40psi while driving

Replace the timing chain tensioner and see what noises go away.

When I changed mine, engine noise changed.

Does not sound like rod knock to be honest.

It is very easy to change, take a video from the same spot before and after. Make sure it is the same camera taken from the same angle in the same location. Make everything the same so the acoustics in the environment do not change what we hear before and after, ya know?

So I change the tensioner wasn't able to take a video but still did not solve the problem..... I got the motor from jdmtigerjapanese

Have you pulled the VC to look at the rockers?

Yea I looked at the rockers and they were all intact

I still do not hear an alarming noise. Loud valve trains are common in SR20's
