well you keep using act discs right? well i've seen a few people on this forum do the same thing to act discs.. so from an outsider point of view im putting 2 an 2 together an seeing a common element.

The sprung discs weren't ACT, just the latest 2. I'm not sure how far back to look into the history of my clutches to help diagnose, hard to see where/when anything may have changed.

Well, change is done, and considering this is the 2nd disc that was shredded, the input shaft is starting to get worse for wear. I will need to replace that soon, probably in the next 4-6months. That, coupled with a brand new full clutch setup, should solve it all.

For those interested, this 2nd disc did the exact same thing. Inner splines completely stripped off. The flywheel was replaced with one that had less machining, and you can definitely tell the difference in step height between the two. Can't say for certain that was part of the issue, but I wouldn't disregard it either.

So, if anyone has an input shaft from a gutted trans, hit me up!
