Is anybody alive @ Nissport??? WTF
I am sick of trying to support the little guy and getting **** service. It's beyond frustrating to say the least. I just email, get a reply and then order my part and get it. Not too much to ask is it?

2/22- I send an email asking them about their quick release setup for my se-r. I know they probably get 1000 emails like this and I was patient in waiting for a reply.

3/4- I email them again asking when they will have a reply or an eta on the cheaper bolt on setup for my se-r, still no reply.

3/9- I say screw it and forget about the reply and buy the $200 bolt on quick release for my car.I complete the transaction through their site via Paypal. It will be nice and I have wanted one for a while. Cool, now I can start shopping for a steering wheel.

3/12-I call the "contact info" they have given me on the Paypal receipt and get some voicemail, I leave a polite message and get no call back that day.

3/13-I am going through their site trying to find someway to get a hold of them and see this article written up on a front splitter for the se-r. I see there is an email address of Grover@nissport.com. GREAT!!! Maybe I can contact this guy and see what's going on, I write him an email briefly explaining the situation and thank him for his time. 10 minutes later.......

MAILER DEAMON!!!!! Rejected email address. WTF

Does anybody here know these guys?

Does anybody know if they are still in business?

Does anybody have any real working contact info?

Or

Does anybody know where I can spend my cash elsewhere and get a bolt on quick release system for my 94 se-r?

Dude, IDK but I didn't have any issues with the oil adapter from them. Ordered it, and it came within a week or so...

Hope you get it figured out.

Actually, the last time I ordered from them, we figured out their inbox was considering all mail coming from GMail addresses as spam, so I got a hard time getting a hold of them. It could very well be the case with Yahoo mail or Hotmail as well. If you can try another e-mail, it might work for you.

You can also try their phone number. It's usually quicker and less of a hassle.

I ordered my EGR block off from them.

My money was "Unclaimed" for about a week, and there was no way I could retrieve them back.

After about 8 Emails later, they shipped it out. It was random.

I thought I got bopped for a sec though.

Just got an email from George.

He stated he has been dis-engaged in the daily activities of Nissport lately but will check with Bruce on my order.

I will wait to hear more.....

Still nothing.....................................****ing sucks. So much for trying to support the little guy that makes stuff for our cars.

If anybody from Nissport reads this: Why would you not put something on your site showing you aren't taking orders or are too busy to repsond to emails, faxes, voicemails so don't bother ordering from us. Save the guys that work hard for their money and don't have the time to play the game that I am some heartache.
