Speedometer not at zero
My speedo doesn't go down to zero at rest, it's stops at just before 20. It feels like I go from stationary to 100 in 8 seconds. Any idea what to adjust? Noticed it after connecting the starter solenoid wire directly to the battery when troubleshooting starting issue.

Sounds like a ground loop issue to me; i.e. your resistances are way off. Check over all your grounds, especially the ECM grounds on the intake.

How exactly should I check the grounds? All ground wires are bolted on tight. Strange that the only thing acting up is the speedometer. Out of curiosity I drove in backwards and it was going to zero, but as soon as I moved forward it went back to 20.

Well you want to check for resistance on the wires (ohms) and clean up all the grounds. Just bolting them back down won't help, you want to make sure any of the crud and corrosion is cleaned off. Also check the wires for any signs of breaking, fraying, or stripped insulation.
