Knock sensor?

Would a bad knock sensor make my car run like complete ass? and sound like its miss firing? iv changed all my plugs there all firing and my injectors are firing as well, all input is welcome

The simple answer to that is yes....my bad knock sensor not only caused loss of power but caused the car to buck during driving and have slight hessitation....shit suckkks!!! Easy fix though.....
