So you guys are saying the reason cylinders are getting flooded is because of the o-rings & not the injectors?? I'll try to change them tommorow & let you guys know what happens.

the o rings are leaking causing it to flood

Definitely not the o-rings.
You guys do understand that the fuel is leaking inside the motor & not outside the manifold right?? Anyways, back to the drawing board.

like i said, stuck injectors. when a motor sits for a long time, the injector can get stuck closed. i only know of one way that you can "unfreeze" them that we do on the racecars, but i can not guarantee you it will not break anything so:

MY DISCLAIMER: BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL IF DOING THE FOLLOWING:

1. take two pieces of wire. place one wire on the negative terminal of your battery. take the other wire and place it on the positive terminal. you will be using the 12 volts from the battery to open and close your injectors.
2. take the clips off your injectors or cut the wire so you can get power directly to the injector.
3. hold the ground on the ground wire of the injector.
4. QUICKLY tap the 12volt power wire from the battery on the power wire to the injector. DO NOT HOLD THE WIRE TO THE INJECTOR. you should hear it click when you tap the power to it.
5. repeat step 4 until you can hear it click solidly when you put power to it.
6. seal everything back up.

BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL WHEN DOING THIS!!!! YOU CAN GET ELECTRICUTED OR FRY AN INJECTOR!

Yeah, pull the ECU and put a stocker in.

Car should AT LEAST fire, and try to run. It's just going to run lean, as your ECU is firing for 370cc injectors, and the stock is firing for 259cc injectors. If it does, then your injector drivers are bad in the DET ECU, or there is a programming issue (if it's a JWT or Calum, or other). If it doesn't try and run with the stock ECU, then you have issues with your injectors.

There was some confusion on the other forum so this is what happened step by step......
This is what happened. My friend bought an Ser. We bought installed a t25 kit(avenir manifold + turbo) and the rest of things to make it turbo on the stock DE motor.
He drove it for a couple of weeks & then one morning the car devoloped an irratic idle. He calls me up, I go to his garage to & the car doesn't even wanna start. Through prayer & yelling, I get the vehicle started & it sounded like pro comp STI drag vehicle. It was puffing black smoke & we let it warm up for awhile. I blip the accelerator & the car turns off. We change the plugs, wires, & dizzy & still no start.
Luckily, I had a spare Sr20de motor & since he needed his car to get back & forth from work, we decided to quickly to do a swap so he can get back on the road. I do the swap & still the same problem. I pull the plugs out & they were drenched in fuel, then I decide take the head off the block & I notice that piston numbers 3 & 4 have fuel in them & I didn't know what to make of it.
Now were here, on the sr20 forums asking for help :-/

Bad harness?

Dude I'm really at a loss here. It's still the same ECU? You need to put another ECU in and see if that solves the problem.
