Just crawl under the drivers side right behind the rear wheel and the tank hoses are in plain sight iirc.

Funny you mention the filler hose. I noticed awhile back that my filler hose it rusted like crazy, whenever I filled up on gas. I don't think it leaks because I still get 30mpg, but this seems somewhat common. Interesting. 81 miles on 3/4 tank is gross. You should be getting almost 4x that. wow

have you tried starting the car and pulling the injector plug one by one and see what cylinder isnt properly working, then work backwards on check spark, fuel for that particular cylinder i would also do a compression check for kicks if possible

Not saying it is your EGR system. I stated what happened to me. Pressure test it. Theres more stupid little hoses that you cant see. And they all look fine until they have air in them.
