well thats what i mean, the out side part "with the marks" has slipped from the rubber part and is no longer in the correct orientation its a common problem with high mile SR's, or even ones that just get beat on regular lol
IF thats the problem i would get a new pully..
get the engine to TDC an if the mark doesnt line up with the pin, its gotta be the pully.. since all you did was swap the distributor an the cars running better..
