And...The Classic made the Top-10 in C&D's Annual List for all four (4) years it was produced. There are reasons for that, "more than the sum of its' parts."

The B14 is generic, the B13 Classic has....classic 3-box styling ala the 510 or BMW 2002. Like a London Fog trenchcoat, it will never go out of style.

But, this thread had nothing to do with b13 vs b14, nor the handling of either.

This thread was created to show how much of a difference replacing the knock sensor has made for my car, as well as what issues were solved by replacing it.

SCC Technobabble - October '98

I still have yet to replace my knock sensor but I need to do it, fuck that stupid V-brace bullshit. If you have proper mounts, that thing is worthless.

EDIT: A B13 will outhandle a B14 stock. If that B14 has the rear beam bent, the B14 will outhandle the B13, stock. All of these scenarios are with stock suspension setups. Only difference being a rear beam bent to zero degrees of toe.

You know what your right an we do apologize. It's great you got your car running. The v brace I pulled mine from under the car I didn't cut anything. I owned a 1995 200sx SE-R.

I am sorry I respect dave but I owned my 200sx for 6 years and my b13 for 1 year. The reason I bought a B13 because I got into a accident with my car and needed a replacement. I was expecting to upgrade to a b13 but it felt like I down graded. Guys that only race their B13's of course they are going to say the suspension is superior because there are alot more options for what you can do with the suspensions on the b13. I mean hey this is the same site that said Nology wires raise your horsepower comon.....There is alot of usful info there but there is some garbage as well.

Only guys that have driven both cars and know them well will understand....so my opinion sticks. I on the other hand have never driven or owned a nx or a g20.

everybody used to fuck around when i had my black 91 nx...now onone has any balls....yeah my old DE was beast....viperdude has my cams....im sure he doing his share or rape-ing too....

Sure am, bitch pulls hard as fuck in the high end RPM. I think these cams are very, very good for being in a DE, all-motor, daily driven car. THe low low end torque took a hit, but up top, she SCREAMS. Peak power at 7100 RPM and shifting at 7700 RPM with stock valvetrain.
