It wont get everything out. By everything I mean any rust and dirt particles floating around the bottom of the tank. I was amazed at how much crap was in there when i sucked mine out.

My track car I drilled a hole and installed a drain plug , as I remember it was a B&M plug kit for doing transmission pans , I has worked perfectly !! Now I can drain the gas out before winter storage ... Only issue was you have to pull the fuel pump access to install the plug kit ....

you can drop the tank and clean it... sounds tedious, but it wasn't that bad on the nx when I did it.
