digital cluster clock circuit?
Does anyone know where to get the circuit diagram for the
digital clock on an nx1600 digital cluster?

I finally found one. Everything tested fine, except for the digital clock.

So, I pulled the digital clock and isolated it from the rest of the cluster.

It will work for a nanosecond as I am removing the ground or power cable.

I have tried several ground points. Nothing.
But just as I am removing the wires away it will light up for a single split second.

Thanks.

are you talking internal on the clock? Cause if thats what you want, you really wont find one short of circuit tracing.

this.

But if you are looking for wiring for the whole cluster: http://www.sr20-forum.com/audio-electronics/38323-digital-gauge-cluster-info.html

Yes, the circuit diagram of the internal digital clock of the gauge cluster.

I'm a bit confused, why wont I find a short?

I think he meant you probably won't find a diagram for that, you would have to just trace the circuits. I've never seen any diagrams that go any farther than the three connectors on the back of the cluster in the FSM or anything..

You are probably correct, in not finding a diagram.
But somewhere someone has the diagram for this.
Not meaning a member here, but that clock didn't make itself from nothing.

Thanks.

They dont publish diagrams for everything, especially non-replaceable components. We're not here to bs you, we're just telling you how it is.

Oh, okay. Thanks. How awesome would that be though.
