The B13 seats are a little of both. One side is bottom mounted, the other side mounted. Makes life a pain.

Plus, the base WRX seats are nothing special. In better shape than old B13 seats, perhaps, but that's about it. I drove a WRX for 5 years, so I'm not just going off a few minutes experience.

my Corbeau seats did bolt right onto my factory se-r seat rails but had to cut where they bolt up cuz the sides next to the shifter was to high on both sides it was slanted
