After some research it looks like 9.5101X is the one with out the fitting, and 9.5151X is the one with the fitting. X being your color choice of G(Black) or R(Red).

Just some info for those with other Nissans....this mod does work with other chassis too. I used this part on a A32 Maxima as well. I'd imagine it would probably work on Altimas of the same vintage as well.

Recently got this setup, my OEM bushing is shot to hell leaving my shifter to feel like its in neutral when its actually in gear...more often than I'd like I miss 5th into 3rd :-/

Maybe a noob sounding question but figured I'd ask to save myself a little bit of time...can I get this done topside in the cabin or do I have to go from below? I recall doing my STS having to drop the exhaust which I'd rather avoid if possible.

Thanks

I have a 3" VRS exhaust and didn't have to drop the exhaust. It was a tight fit though.

Gotta do it from underneath.

I have to do this on my B14...... grrr.

I have new bushings for both the forward locating rod and the shifter stabilizer that bolts above the catalytic converter. And I will replace the horrid B&M copy shifter I bought back in 2005. Going back to the OEM shifter.
