Yea, My best luck with a Stainless header has been the cheep e-bay header I have now and the Mild steel Pace Setter thats on my track car ... The worst was the HS Gen 6, I gave up on that after the 5th time I had to pull and weld up the cracks in less than a year ...!!

Best luck is a mild steel header, hard to find now days , but I have always had cracking issues with Stainless headers ...

NISSAN SENTRA INFINITI G20 2.0L STAINLESS STEEL HEADER - eBay (item 390275540917 end time Jan-26-11 15:57:43 PST)

I think I'm going to purchase this header.. but does anyone have one that they didn't have an issue with the flange on the mount? It seems to be something that comes up when searching.

I have a hotshot header on my 01 SE and the section between the flex and cat has rotted out. Think I'd be able to just use the midpipe section of the ebay header and mount it to my hotshot?

there is so many of them up now, you can just wait out the BIN price and bid. Landed mine for 79.99 shipped lol. Hoping it will be a much welcomed improvement. I dont think Mike's was cracked all the way through but still.

Now I just have to hope I drop the exhaust and see If what ever is bouncing around in the resonator will fall out

I would look into the ASP budget header. It is steel and not stainless steel so it might be more durable plus the workmanship is much better than those ebay ones. Gspec sells them or if you want to make your own, you can search to find the post of the dimensions.
