Optima Battery?
Is it worth $130+? Advantages/Disadvantages? I'm trying to make up my mind, and decide if they are worth it.

I bought the red top for my b13. Works good. havent had any electrical or start up problems. My light and radio used to turn off when id hit a bump. check everything, and changed the battery and problems went away. I guess since they shock resistant.

I just bought a yellow for the BMW, it is almost half the size of the tank I had before but lasts forever. ( I tend to run the radio while I'm working on cars).

I hate acid, rust, filling water, etc. It's a forget about it.

i have a red top in my b13 and i love it....

had a yellow top in my old 92 gs-r and loved it also

if you plan on relocating you battery i highly recommend one as this battery is coils instead of acid which is a lot safer and will not leak toxics in the car...dnt get me wrong i would still get a battery case even though its coiled packed

Not just that it's coiled, but also because they're gel cell batteries, not liquid cell batteries.
