Thread: Wiring Harness

Ok, im working on 93 NX, currently the vehicle is an automatic but im converting it to a 5speed along with putting a fresh sr20 in it.

I'm confused about the engine harness though.... there a two harnesses that plug into the engine/trans, one of the harnesses goes from the ecu to sensors on the engine. The other one does not plug into the ecu. Which harness do i need to replace??

Before i assumed that the one to replaced is the one that plugs into the ecu but it doesn’t seem to have any connections that go to the tranny.

Depends on whether you're converting the ecu to stick or not. If you are, you replace the ECU harness along with that other harness.
