SR20DE- Headers/muffler question
I proudly own a 93 NX2000, the vehicle is in need of a exhaust system from the manifold all the way back.. Ebay has this kit that i'm thinking about purchasing:

91-99 200SX/Sentra SER 2.0L Stainless Header SR20DE: eBay Motors (item 350281385528 end time Sep-15-10 09:43:14 PDT)

I want my car to sound good, look good and perform good, don't have a lot of money so that's why this kit appeals to me.

Is this kit worth the money? If not then what should i be looking at in terms of headers?

Also i live in an area where i do not need emissions (YA- HOO!!!) so the exhaust will consist of a set of headers and a muffler.

Does anyone have any good suggestions as to what muffler i could use to get the best sound/performance

That kit looks fine, it is an SSAC or SSAC knock-off. I've got one on my Classic (B13, different body style).

Do a Search using "exhaust" as your key-word, thread titles only.

Same theory and Search parameters. Just modify my example to suit your requirements.

Then do a Search using "muffler", "header" and/or "resonator" as your key-word.

Only Search the specific Sections that apply to your vehicle. Which weeds out "exhaust for sale" and "my exhaust on my Members Ride" threads. Which would be both overwhelming and useless results.

Here is the results from a Search, using "header" and Searching only the "General SR20" Section.

Search took 0.13 seconds. Search: Key Word(s): header ; Forum: General SR20

Twenty-eight (28) threads that you could "scan quickly" and find a ton of information. Including answering your Main Question about that header.

Best of luck.

Friend of mine adviced me to order this for my Nx2000. The O2 will measure all 4 cylinders if you put it in the downpipe. However, the premade hole is way off the original place. Original place on Nx is where it goes from 2 to 1.

You can lengthen the O2 cabling, or weld a new hole/ thingie. For that I need to remove the original stuff first, there is not much room for error nor measuring the proper place, since both downpipe's are different in shape, where it connects to the header is also different.

It does fit of course. What I meant to say, if you gonna weld, best thing is to have the car and the weldingmachine on the same spot or measuer at home and bring the new exhaust parts to the welder and well you know what I mean.

For the gaskets, they are good enough but my friend warned me that the gasket for the engine block, probably will be broken when package arrives. And it did.

For the bolts and nuts, I got recommended not to use them, because the quality of them is not great. I agreed on this when I saw the bag with bolts and nuts.

I also was lucky that someone made a groupbuy for cupper gaskets, scegaskets.com

You could get SCE9412 and SCE9400

And this kit is certainly worth the money, a broken gasket and not so great nuts and bolts, do not let you scare this off, the exhaust itself is good. For a really really good price.

ps. If you going to put the O2 in the premade place, note that you need a O2 bung, going from 18mm to 12mm

Use the 300zx O2 sensor as it's longer and have the bung welded right after flex pipe. No need to extend any wires.
