Can't fill up my tank
Since my head and intake mani install. I have went to fill up my car twice at two different places and keep running into the same issue.

When I put the nozzle in and start to pump. The pump trips like I'm topping off. Start it again and the same issue. Happens over and over until the pump kicks me out and I have to re swipe my card and try it again.

Now like I said... I have done this at two different stations. Now I did check the vac lines in the engine bay and they are all capped off from all the emissions shet.

So what else could it be. I'm tired of only putting in 4 gallons and it taking 10 mins.

Having the same problem with the Subaru. From what I've read, it's either the evap canister (charcoal can), or the vent valve.

I should also mention that it's not entirely vehicle specific.

Dude putting the pump handle upside down is not a permanent solution. We're here because we WORK on our cars, not because we want lazy man answers

I'm still picturing the wizard turning the whole pump upside down... That is NOT lazy

Had this exact problem with my 98 200sx Base.

It's your vapor canister's control valve. Its probably stuck closed thus the vapors have no where to go but cause the gas nozzle to punch out.
