Gas Tank Hole
I have small hole in my gas tank. Is it worth to fix it with some JB weld or a gas tank repair kit? Or should I just get a whole new one?

Any suggestions?

If the tank is pretty old, it might be worth replacing. If it's new or in good shape or you're on an extreme budget then JB weld will do the trick.

I've actually used caulk, the kind you use on a tub before, it has held for 3 years now and its on the bottom of the tank

How much is a new tank, vs your life? Just curious.

When mine had a hole in it it was because of rust and I knew that even if I patched it, it was going to go bad somewhere else soon. Looks like yours has rust on it, but I can't tell if the hole was caused by that? I think I got my Dorman tank from Rockauto for around $180. The cap on top (where the fuel pump is) was not a direct fit on my B13; I had to cut some nylon placement studs to get it to fit flush. Since then everything has been dandy.

Yea, the tank was rusting pretty bad. Also I really don't want rust particles going into my fuel system.
I bit the bullet and ordered a new tank from nissan $300 total including oring gasket and tax. I also ordered a new fuel pump from Denso ($140 total with tax). Car has 209k on it and don't want to take a chance.
This must be common on b15's because its something the dealer stocks.
Thanks guys for all the advice.

i did but they had to much rust inside. They take the fuel pumps out and let them collect water inside.
