Find a way and show diagram for the following:

Have the curb lights light up one at a time and in line with the side in which the turn signal is blinking. When you are taking a right turn, the signal should be blinking on the right side and the curb light should light the right side up and stay lit up. This is the OEM way for these lights.

Stupid Question Alert : Curb light being the one closest to the curb, correct?

You still would want to use a relay, too.
Actually the Nissan blue relays you find under the hood work great for stuff like that.
You could also put them on a switch so they could be turned off during the day(thats how I would want it)
