It'll fit just fine, as long as it's another SR20 engine. Depending on the year of the motor, it shouldn't even be much different from the motor you have in the car now. Your question is pretty vague, so if there are other concerns, be specific. Good luck bro.

ah, high port. Should work just fine, but a few things such as throttle cable and a few sensors will be different. I have the same car as you and have a highport running in it no problems.

You've got an obd2 car, that's an obd1 motor. You're gonna need *all* new sensors, a new ECU, and some fancy wiring to get that highport working. It's also going to be a 19 year motor, nearing the end of it's life.

If you have smog checks in your area, you will never pass either.

Its fine, There are only a few sensors that need to be swapped and this is because the plugs are different. I know the engine coolant temp is different and you will have to use the B14 dizzy. I think the rest of the sensors are the same, but once you have the new motor check the connectors just to make sure.

This is a full post of mis-information. Take it from the guys who have done it. It's relatively painless. If you have any issues or questions feel free to ask. Most everything you need to do is simple fixes.
