Ok, Just to make sure before I go buying everything and all that does it matter that I have power windows in the sense of getting a door with manual? There's this one at the junkyard that's black and I have $35 credit there so I was wanting to get that... I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter but I just want to make sure

won't matter. it'll be a partial manual conversion. :P

So I can switch over the window motor and all that?

If you know how to fabricate.. lol.
But really..

There is a small chance that you could put the power motor in the place of the crank. But there may not be mounting points

There is an even smaller chance that the gear ratio is correct for both the power motor and hand crank. This could lead to problems... IE the electric motor spinning too fast and burning itself out. or detecting too much / too little resistance. Things like that.

Take the door panels off both and take high resolution pictures of the innards. It's very likely that they will be completely different.
