I would like to know how to connect the reverse wire from the gear box so my reverse light comes on.

in a nut shell get a manual harness and be done. No cutting no splicing and will look way better

In a nut shell, check your FSM and find the wires for the auto reverse lights, and splice them to the reverse switch on the manual transmission. No buying no paying and will be way cheaper
