Flywheel stepping?

I'm getting some conflicting answers on if the stock flywheels on our cars should be stepped or not. I could not find any info in the FSM on specs for flywheel stepping.

Yes they should. I know it's in the fsm somewhere, I've seen it, mine is 150 miles away or I would find it. I'm pretty sure it's .005 or .007
