What's the best way to reseal a sunroof?
2 issues I want to address with my G20.

1) The fully closed position is a little off. When I push the switch to close it, it is a little too low causing a gap. I always have to play with the switch so it's perfectly level. Is there some sort of adjustment for this?

2) Even when seated properly, the sunroof leaks every time it rains. The water builds up inside the headliner and drips on me when I'm driving. I can't really figure out what would need to be replaced or resealed in there.

Need help.

There are drain tubes in each corner of the "tray" around the sunroof (i'm going off the AUDM N14 chassis fitment, so please bear with me if yours isn't exact).

The drain tubes at the front are visible when the sunroof is open and often they get clogged up with crud. The drain tubes in each corner at the front have pipes that run down the a-pillar and drain out into the chassis under the car. That would be the first place i'd look. I alway parked my car down hill over night so my front tubes were blocked and th water used to come down through the switches once i started to move the car around. I never looked into checking the rear ones as i'm sure that would require a lot more work! That would be the first thing i'd check. I also had a mis-alignment issue exactly like yours, i never really looked into it enough to figure out if there was a little micro switch to be adjusted so i'm sorry i can't help there.

The attachment bolt holes are slotted for the glass, all you would need to do is loosen the bolts and get the help of someone while holding it in place while tightening the bolts-that is on the b14 at least it should be the same though
.
You could probably send a message to greg v maybe he can get new rubber seals for the sunroof

x's 2 on the drains. There are drains on each corner of the sunroof. If you take your headliner down, you can see them better. I went to home depot and bought a longe piece of pipe cleaner. It worked for me for a while.
I ended up swapping sun roofs though and havent had a problem in 2 years.

On the B13 the drain hoses are visible under the car in the rear, they come out the bottom of the quarter panel.

front hoses are clogged..

my p10 sunroof did the same thing with the positioning but i changed it thanks to robert and serban for supplyng newer sunroof... only way sunroof can leak is if glass is broken or hoses are clogged all to hell due to parking under tree that sheds leafs heavily
