I have one question that would rest my mind, what are the benefits of a stopper gasket over a full grommet type gasket(Power Enterprise)? .Looking at their(Cosworth) website I could not get detailed info but will call the about next week.

Oh yeah BTW, I love Cosworth stuff just need to have an open technical discussion about this so all of us know, including me, benefits of using this gasket. I remember seeing that imprint over at FA if I am not mistaken, the gas seal looks awesome, how bout the water and oil sealing capabilities?

I see the pic clearly and that is why I have waited for the H/G but I am still looking at other manufacturers too. My concern is the longetivity, I can see this gasket handling 40psi no problems but how about at a continous rate? How does the water and oil passages seal compare to the gas sealing?I see the imprint of the gas sealing but if you look at the upper right and left corner of the Cosworth gasket you see sort of a second ring around the passages, but you do not see it anywhere else. Now look at the OEM gasket you see a second ring on almost all the passages. It may not be critical to others but I am looking into these matters. I want to make sure that the gasket I buy has a even distribution of sealing and capable of holding the "seal" across the entire surface.

One more question on the 90mm headgasket.

Do they make a 90mm headgasket that is thicker than 1.1mm. I might need one that is 1.4 or 1.5. If they do who do I contact for the slightly thicker headgasket.
