I prefer going out the bottom as well but honestly with me being in the northeast and things getting rusty I don't mind going out the top if I have the extra time.

You can fix this by welding a nut on to the broken bolt then remove it. If it broke off flush and its one of the front bolts replacing the radiator support is the cleanest fix since those bolts have nut welded in place that you can't get to. The radiator support is cheap but needs to be welded in place.

if it's possible, you could drill/torch through the bolt and radiator support all the way to underneath where the condenser sits, and drop a bolt through and use a nut on the crossmember side with a grommet and washer on each end. That's what I did when I had issues up front there, and it's been excellent.

ok its it will work out......use any bushings or washers???

I used one metal washer and 2 rubber bushings from the hardware store on each side of the bolt. So, if you do both fronts this way (which I'd recommend) it's a total of 4 metal washers, 8 rubbers.
