Broken crossmember bolt...HELP

Working on a car that someone previously crossthreaded one of the front bolts(I am guessing,from the screeching sound it was making before it broke)
So I figured I would try to extract it.
All was going well,I started the drilling perfectly centered,which is key.
Then it all went wrong from there.
A drillbit broke off in it,and now I cant drill because of the hardened bit

I have spent some time trying to get the bit out with no luck.

So I want some suggestions.
I want to fix it correctly somehow o it is as close to OEM function as possible.

I was thinking maybe trying to have someone torch the old bolt out,but that would take alot of talent and luck.

Another thing I thought was maybe cut a hole to knock the old welded nut off and weld another one on somehow.Or something to that effect.

Even better yet..What about getting the center peice of the core support that has good threads from a parts car??

try some vice grips if there's any of it sticking out

^^^lol wish it was that eay.
Its a 1/8th bit and broke off flush.
I tried to drill some holes around it to loosen the bit with no luck.
I may break out the dremel,though.

Yeah I know I know haha try the dremel that should help but you never know

if you could somehow weld a nut to the broken part and just unbolt it but that'd be kinda hard. I have one broken off on mine also i just left it haha

my dad used a carbide bit (i think that's what he called it?) to drill out a broken drill bit. its like a super ultra mega hard drill bit. but he's been a machinist for 35 years so he doesn't know anything...

wow I am surprised to hear this from you,being turbo.
This car is only a DE and I am afraid the other is gonna break if I dont get it fixed.

what suxx is that I had to use a breaker bar just to turn it before it twisted off.Thats what makes me worry that even if I get the bit out,I may not be able to use an extractor very easily either.
It was making a horrendous screech each turn.
I thought it was gonna come out,and I was trying to be careful...but no such luck
First things first,I guess.I will try to get a carbide bit to at least get a hole in the bolt again.

I don;'t really have time to mess with my car much haha I don';t have anywhere at school to work on it and when I'm home I like to do other things hha. It hasnt gave me a problem yet though.
