well it depends.. it might be fixable by just replacing the bearing(s) but the crank and rod(s) may be messed up also..

it possible by not doing things correctly, like plastigauge or using cheap torque wrenches and lack of oil pressure

what kind of timing chain tensioner do you have, the newer style or old, also does it have a new timing tensioner or did you reuse one, to me it sounds more like a timing tensioner instead of knock to me at least

Pull the valve cover and inspect the retainers to see if any shims poped out. I couldn't really hear it too well on the vid but the rocker arm hitting the shim makes a tapping sound. Hope it's not a spun bearing tho.
